Ad and Willem in the House of Waalwijk

After an eventful career as a professional musician, Ad de Peffer nowadays mainly occupies himself with repairing guitars in his workshop and gives guitar lessons at Music'scool in the Mads. But because performing in front of an audience always kept him itching, Ad started a hobby project together with his friend Willem van Osch.

From now on, Ad sings songs in the Langstraat vernacular. It is not Brabant clog dance music, but rather music with beautiful modern melody lines. Sometimes they are songs that he previously sang in English but has translated into the language he grew up with, because as Ad says "this brings him closer to who he is."

Willem provides the songs with beautiful intros, guitar solos and background vocals, in short, Ad and Willem have a unique repertoire in authentic Langstraats.

The performance will take place on Sunday afternoon, March 25, beginning at 2:30 p.m. Admission is free.
