Pop Orchestra Mixed-Up Nederpop

On Saturday night, March 22, 2025, Pop Orchestra Mixed-Up will give its fourth show. This time the program features hits from Dutch soil: Nederpop. Songs of a.o. De Dijk, Typhoon, André Hazes and Guus Meeuwis. Come listen and sing along with well-known songs from your own country.

The Pop Orchestra consists of almost 40 musicians: many horns, a few percussionists and a bass guitarist. For the new show, the orchestra will be expanded to include two singers. The Pop Orchestra plays an extensive and varied repertoire. In addition to pop and rock songs, the orchestra plays jazz, soul, opera, world and film music. From now and longer ago. The goal is to enjoy making good music together. The orchestra consists of members of all ages. There are weekly rehearsals led by conductor Neil van der Drift.
