After the unprecedented success of "Kruimeltje," Holland's favorite street urchin returns to theaters for a brand new adventure. In the cheerful and exciting family musical 'Kruimeltje en de strijd om de Goudmijn' he travels to the Wild West, in a journey full of adventures, humor, fantasy and fun songs.

Kruimeltje lives with his parents in a nice house. However, he misses the adventures of the streets, which often gets him into trouble. When he has to stay in his room for punishment, he escapes from the house by fleeing in his imagination to the Wild West of America. There he delves into his father's past and, together with his girlfriend Anna, crosses the path of the villainous Lefty and his clumsy henchmen. Will Crumb manage to prevent Lefty from stealing the family's most valuable possession?
