Young, talented musicians who are at the beginning of their careers are given the opportunity to gain stage experience. Sometimes they have only just graduated from the conservatory. The concerts have an informal character. Presentator Bart de Graaf introduces the 'person behind the musician'.

Pianist Jana Schell (2002) and violinist Tess Verweij (2006) both come from different musical backgrounds and met when they started their first year of bachelor at the Amsterdam Conservatory in 2023. There they were brought together by Beethoven's beautiful 7th violin sonata in which it soon became apparent that they had many of the same musical ideas and enjoy playing together!
