St. Nicholas entry Waalwijk

On Sunday afternoon, November 17, Sinterklaas will arrive in Waalwijk. At 1 p.m. he will be expected in the harbor, and then head towards the Raadhuisplein. As of 1 p.m., Pieten are already active on the Raadhuisplein. There, upon Sinterklaas' arrival, a grand welcome party will also be organized. Mayor Ausems will receive Sinterklaas and the Pieten and the Muziekpiet will perform the most beautiful Sinterklaas songs live.

PROGRAM
12:30 | start of program in harbor on Moonen & Zn. grounds.
A number of Pieten are also expected on the Raadhuisplein from 13:00!
13.00 | Arrival of the Parcel Boat in the harbor and reception of Sinterklaas and the Pieten by Mrs. Judith.
13:45 | departure Sinterklaas and Pieten towards Raadhuisplein.
2:45 p.m. | reception of Sinterklaas by Mayor Ausems and live performance by the one and only Muziekpiet.
3:30 pm | end of entry and festive program Raadhuisplein.

Please note: times mentioned are approximate. Make sure to be there on time. The harbor is open from 12:00. Come as much as possible by bike or on foot to the port and the center.
