Ammersoyen Medieval Inhabited

During Pentecost (Sunday, May 19 and Monday, May 20), Ammersoyen Castle is inhabited again as it was in the Middle Ages.
For two days, Duchess Maria of Gelre and her entire court will stay in the castle in Gelre. The duchess will receive guests of French nobility who will arrive at Ammersoyen on horseback in a colorful procession. A beautiful scene!
With an encampment, archers, swordsmen, children's games, music, dancing and much more, this is a fun day trip to the Middle Ages for young and old!
