New musical about father and daughter who lose each other in building the future
The daughter of famed designer Gustave Eiffel, Claire sees her father's dream taking shape in Paris. Having built the invisible skeleton of the Statue of Liberty, the French engineer wants to create something that will make the world see him. His ambition blinds him to the sacrifices his daughter must make. She fears after her mother, she will also lose her father, who works himself nearly to death. When her fiancé Adolphe also confronts her with an impossible choice, Claire is on the verge of breaking.
The musical "Eiffel" tells the story of a father and daughter who lose each other in building the future, while frightened and amazed Parisians watch an engineering marvel of three hundred meters of steel rise on the banks of the Seine.
