Release: City Liqueur the Cobblers Liqueur
"An ode to the Cobblers of Waalwijk."
Hooray our new city liqueur is born. After the great success of our Langstraat liqueur, Slijterij De Langstraat comes with a new flavor of its own. This warm Whisky Caramel liqueur has been composed with care. A warm, slightly sweet liqueur which is delicious "on the rocks" but also an excellent partner in coffee.
With this liqueur we pay tribute to the history of the Waalwijk shoe industry. The label tells the story with three "shoe lasts". These lasts are a family heirloom of colleague Marjan, which makes it extra special and comes from her mother who worked in the old shoe museum. The lasts can be admired in the store.

On Saturday, June 15, 2024 at 13:00, the new city liqueur will be introduced in a festive way at Slijterij De Langstraat. Owner Sharon and colleague Marjan will hand over the first bottle to the Prince of Schoenlapperslaand and together we will open the bottle so everyone can taste it. Will you come too?
