General conditions agenda

1.1 The client is responsible for the content of the publications offered.

1.2 Publications may not contain any statements that are contrary to the law, other regulations (including the Dutch Advertising Code), public order or morality, nor may their contents infringe any (intellectual property) rights of third parties. The Principal shall indemnify RBT De Langstraat against any third-party claims in this respect and any damages suffered or to be suffered by RBT De Langstraat as a result thereof or in connection therewith.

1.3 RBT De Langstraat aims to post a publication within 3 working days.

1.4 RBT De Langstraat reserves the right to change the content and form of publications at its own discretion and within reason, without the Principal being entitled to any compensation or refund.

1.5 Corrections will be accepted and implemented by RBT De Langstraat if and to the extent reasonably possible in RBT De Langstraat's opinion.

1.6 RBT De Langstraat is entitled to refuse a publication without giving reasons, without being in any way liable to the Principal in this respect.

1.7 RBT De Langstraat does not grant exclusivity to the Principal, e.g. with respect to the events or services offered in the publication. RBT De Langstraat is free to accept third party publications at its own discretion and place them in any place in the Open Data Platform.
