Between node 10 and 20
- St. John's Square with the Neo-Byzantine St. John the Baptist Church, one of the most beautiful churches in the Netherlands. Viewing is possible from Wed to Sun from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm. For more info: see site vriendensintjanwaalwijk.nl
- Kropholler Complex. Former town hall of Waalwijk, since 2022 the Schoenenkwartier is located here.
- Note: From knp 10, turn toward knp 8, but do not turn right....

Between node 10 and 20

- Kropholler Complex. Former town hall of Waalwijk, since 2022 the Schoenenkwartier is located here.
- Note: From knp 10 head toward knp 8, but do not turn right. Continue on foot for a short distance. After 100 meters you will come to the Raadhuisplein/Markt. Turn left here and with your back to the former Raadhuis, go (the first bit still on foot) via successively Stationsstraat, Sint Antoniusstraat and Kloosterweg first 3 km south. For a short distance follow knp 20, but do not turn off and keep cycling straight ahead until you reach the Maria Chapel.
- Sacred Heart statue. St. Antonius Street, across from where St. Antonius Church used to stand.
- Water tower. From 1901. No longer in use. Beacon in the landscape.
- Marian Chapel. Resting point for reflection. Built out of gratitude to both Mary for protection during the war years and the Scottish soldiers for the liberation of Waalwijk.
TIP: coffee is ready and waiting at De Galgenwiel. You can also have a drink or enjoy nice surprising dishes or a nice quick bite.
Between node 22 and 32
- Kaatsheuvel Ice Rink. Hand dug ice rink, see info board.
TIP: Visit (via Roestelbergseweg) Grandcafe Sands for a delicious stopover in the middle of nature reserve De Loonse en Drunense Duinen.
Between node 32 and 36
- Stuifzand area De Loonse en Drunense Duinen. The route goes right through this beautiful natural area.
- Beautiful vantage point within walking distance at Bosch and Duin.
Between node 47 and 44
- Nature Reserve The Brand. Wet natural pearl, oasis for flora and fauna. After shooting range Marksmen's Guild Udenhout.
- Maria chapel on the Schoorstraat. By architect Jos Bedeaux.
- Strijdhoef Castle (1760). Reached via driveway on the left.
- Huize Vincentius. Former care facility in Amsterdam School style. Being converted into apartment complex.
Between node 44 and 94
- Note: After knp 44 follow knp 42 on Slimstraat until the end of the buildings. Here knp 42 turns left, but we turn right here (Kuil) towards Loon op Zand. A little further on, the road widens and the bike lanes disappear. Here we turn right, continuing towards Loon op Zand over Loonse Molenstraat to knp 94.
- Former Udenhout Town Hall. (1849) in Neo-Gothic style.
- St. Lambert Church Roman Catholic Aquatic Church. (1840).
- Udenhout Friar. Local, sweet delicacy, available at local bakeries and restaurants.
Between node 44 and 94
- Loon Mill Street. With Wallaby farm and windless mill.
TIP: Sit down at Café Brasserie De Kiosk, inside or outside on the terrace for lunch, dinner, a nice cup of coffee or a good drink.
Between node 41 and 37
- Note: To visit Het Witte Kasteel turn left at knp 37 in the direction of Tilburg. After 400 meters you will see Het Witte Kasteel on your left. After your visit, return to knp 37.
Between node 37 and 12
- Het Witte Kasteel (1777). Beautiful castle in beautiful location with moat, woods and gardens.
- Roman Catholic Church St. John's Beheading. (1394).
- Note: From knp 12 continue straight on, under the viaduct (you cross the express cycle path Waalwijk-Tilburg) and head towards De Moer on the Bergstraat. After about 1 km you'll see signs with knp 38 again.
Between node 12 and 38
- Nature reserve Huis ter Heide. Beautiful area with forest, heath and fens. Also natural cemetery and memorial forest.
Between node 38 and 31
- St. Joachim Church De Moer. Neo gothic style (1902).
Between node 31 and 55
- Golf Park De Loonse Duynen. With thatched clubhouse. Also accessible to non-golfers.
Between nodes 55, 52 and 11
- The Efteling. Top amusement park including fairytale forest, roller coasters and the accommodation parks Bosrijk and Het Loonsche Land.
- Villa Pardoes. Vacation resort for seriously ill children.
Between node 11 and 32
- Peace Monument Kaatsheuvel. Torpedo shaped war memorial.
Between node 20 and 44
- H. St. Anthony of Padua Church. Modernist church from 1962, with beautiful abstract-figurative concrete glass walls. To be visited Mon-Thurs, mornings.
- Note: At the end of the St. Antoniusstraat you will come to traffic lights; turn right here onto the Halve Zolen bicycle path. After about 100 meters (at traffic lights) turn left into Wilhelminastraat. At the end of this street is knp 10, the starting point of the route.
TIP: After the route, the Wijckers team in the center of Waalwijk will be happy to welcome you for a snack and a drink. You've earned it!
