3 hours (49.8 km)

Get on your bike and pedal the Bike & Food route through the beautiful area of the western Langstraat. The route through Waspik, Kaatsheuvel, Loon op Zand, De Moer, Dongen and 's Gravenmoer is completely dedicated to sustainable food. You will be guided past local entrepreneurs, who in their own way contribute to a healthier world. Stop by these locations and watch the video that gives you a peek behind the scenes. • By clicking on the pins on the map, you can read more information about the rest stops and points of interest along the route.
  • You can start and end the route at any point, but a nice starting and ending point is Natuurlijk Henriette/ Natuurlijk Tomaat in Dongen (near the yellow pin). You can park your car here and use the catering facilities.
  • The route is not plotted based on the junction network. You cycle the route using the route description in the leaflet (available at the TIPs in the region) or this online route page. You can also download the gpx file and travel the route using your smartphone or navigation system. In the order of this description, we assume you cycle the route clockwise.
  • At the eight locations along the route, you can watch a video. This gives you a look behind the door at the special locations. The links to these films can be found on this page. You can also find them by scanning the QR code on the route leaflet.
  • So before starting the route, make sure your smartphone has a data bundle and a full battery.
  • Lots of cycling fun!
