Bodemven
This location is part of the "Flora & Fauna in Pauwels" cycling route.
At the Bodemven you will find a beautiful bird watching point. At this location birds are counted for several years in a row, sometimes with special observations such as the goldeneye and little grebe, but also non water birds, such as fire-breasted goldeneyes, sparrowhawk and tree falcon. Huis ter Heide is not only a suitable habitat for special amphibians and butterflies, but also for many bird species. In the first photo you can see little grebe and and in the weede photo you can see the fire goldenrod.
